At Taskize, I led the product redesign seen across 500+ of the world’s top investment banks—building a scalable design system and delivering vision prototypes that secured hundreds of thousands of pounds in promised revenue.
While at Santander Portugal, I oversaw a portfolio of 40+ products and scaled a team of 6 UI Designers into a multidisciplinary group of 25 including Product Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers — all while staying hands-on and deeply involved in the work.

At Santander Portugal — the country’s largest private retail bank — I grew the design team from 6 to 25 members in just 18 months, building a multidisciplinary group of Designers, Researchers, and UX Writers to support a portfolio of 40+ products. I also championed the adoption of a new design system and led the design for the new account opening flow as an individual contributor, staying deeplyvolved in both strategy and execution.

Lloyd’s Register is the world’s oldest marine classification company. I joined to shape the product strategy for a critical internal tool — work that led to over £1.5M in consulting fees across two years. While leading the UX and visual design workstreams as an individual contributor, I also served as the key pivot between the business analysis, design, and development teams — coordinating across globally distributed teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
